Welcome to Blitz AI ("the Application" or "the Service"), a cutting-edge platform for video and image generation powered by advanced artificial intelligence technology. By accessing or using Blitz AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy, which together govern your use of the Application.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and **Yasin Wobiadullah** ("the Owner," "we," "us," or "our"), the creator and operator of Blitz AI. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Application.

By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, purchasing additional Energy, or using any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

**Yasin Wobiadullah** reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, at his sole discretion. In the event of such changes, a notice will be provided through the Application or via email. Continued use of the Application after such modifications shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms of Service, the following definitions shall apply:

• **Blitz AI**: The Application owned and operated by **Yasin Wobiadullah**, providing video and image generation services powered by artificial intelligence.
• **User**: Any individual who accesses or uses Blitz AI, including but not limited to registered account holders and subscribers.
• **Energy**: The in-app currency or credit system used to perform Generations within Blitz AI. Energy is recharged periodically based on the User's subscription plan and may also be purchased as a Top-Up. Energy has no monetary value and is non-refundable.
• **Generation**: The process of creating videos or images using Blitz AI, which consumes a specified amount of Energy. The cost of Generations may be adjusted at the sole discretion of **Yasin Wobiadullah**.
• **Weekly Plan**: A subscription plan that provides a maximum Energy level every week. Any unused Energy at the end of the week will be forfeited, as no rollover is permitted.
• **Annual Plan**: A subscription plan that provides weekly Energy recharges for a year, billed on an annual basis. The same no-rollover policy applies as in the Weekly Plan.
• **Top-Up**: A one-time purchase of additional Energy that is added to the User's current balance. However, if the User's balance exceeds the maximum Energy limit, the balance will reset to the maximum level at the start of the next recharge period.
• **No Rollover Policy**: A policy whereby any unused Energy is lost at the end of each recharge period, and no compensation or refund is provided for unused Energy.
• **Modification Clause**: The right of **Yasin Wobiadullah** to change the cost of Generations, subscription fees, or any other feature related to Energy usage and recharges, at his sole discretion.

Blitz AI offers the following subscription plans to provide Users with access to its video and image generation services:

• **Weekly Plan**: The Weekly Plan grants Users a fixed amount of Energy every week, which is automatically recharged to the maximum Energy level at the start of each weekly period. Any unused Energy at the end of the weekly period will be forfeited and will not roll over to the next period. If a User's Energy balance is exhausted before the end of the week, additional Energy may be purchased as a **Top-Up**. The Weekly Plan is billed on a recurring weekly basis until canceled by the User.
• **Annual Plan**: The Annual Plan provides Users with weekly Energy recharges for an entire year, billed on an annual basis. The same **No Rollover Policy** applies: unused Energy at the end of each week will be forfeited. If additional Energy is required before the weekly recharge, Users may purchase a **Top-Up**. The Annual Plan is automatically renewed at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled by the User prior to the renewal date.
• **Top-Up Policy**: Users may purchase additional Energy at any time. This Energy is added to the User's current balance. If the Top-Up causes the Energy balance to exceed the maximum limit, the balance will still reset to the maximum Energy level at the next weekly recharge period. Top-Up purchases are one-time transactions and do not alter the billing cycle of the subscription plan.
• **No Refunds and No Monetary Value**: All subscription fees and Top-Up purchases are **non-refundable**, including partial refunds for unused periods or credits. Energy has no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.
• **Modification of Subscription Plans**: **Yasin Wobiadullah** reserves the right to modify subscription fees, Energy allocation, and other aspects of the subscription plans at his sole discretion. Users will be notified of any changes through the Application or via email. Continued use of Blitz AI after such modifications shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

1. **Energy Allocation and Recharge**: Energy is the in-app currency used to perform Generations on Blitz AI. Depending on the User's subscription plan, Energy is automatically recharged to the maximum level at the start of each weekly period. Any unused Energy at the end of the weekly recharge period will be forfeited under the **No Rollover Policy**, meaning that excess Energy does not carry over to the next week.

2. **No Rollover Policy**: Unused Energy is reset to the maximum level at each weekly recharge. Any Energy not utilized within the weekly period is permanently lost. There is no compensation, credit, or refund for unused Energy.

3. **Top-Up Energy**: Users may purchase additional Energy at any time to supplement their balance. Purchased Energy is added to the User's current balance. If this amount exceeds the maximum Energy limit, the balance will still reset to the maximum level at the next weekly recharge. Top-Up Energy is subject to the same **No Rollover Policy** and does not alter the billing cycle or recharge schedule of the User's subscription plan.

4. **Generation Costs and Usage**: Energy is consumed when a User initiates a Generation (video or image creation) on Blitz AI. The amount of Energy required for each Generation may vary based on the complexity, duration, or type of content being generated. **Yasin Wobiadullah** reserves the right to adjust the Energy cost for Generations at his sole discretion. Any changes will be communicated to Users via the Application or email.

5. **No Refunds and No Monetary Value**: Energy has no monetary value and cannot be converted, exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation. All Energy purchases, including Top-Ups, are **non-refundable**, and no refunds will be provided for unused Energy or Generations. Users acknowledge and agree that all sales of Energy are final.

6. **Modification of Energy System**: **Yasin Wobiadullah** reserves the right to modify any aspect of the Energy system, including recharge rates, maximum limits, Top-Up prices, and Generation costs, at his sole discretion. In the event of any changes, Users will be notified through the Application or via email. Continued use of Blitz AI following such modifications shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

1. **Accepted Payment Methods**: Blitz AI accepts payments through authorized third-party payment processors, including but not limited to credit cards, debit cards, and other electronic payment methods as made available within the Application. By providing payment information, the User authorizes **Yasin Wobiadullah** to charge the specified payment method for the subscription fees, Top-Ups, and any other charges incurred while using Blitz AI.

2. **Billing Cycles and Automatic Renewal**: **Weekly Plan**: Subscription fees are billed on a recurring weekly basis. The User's payment method will be automatically charged at the start of each weekly period until the subscription is canceled. **Annual Plan**: Subscription fees are billed on an annual basis, with automatic renewal at the end of each billing cycle. The User's payment method will be charged at the start of each new annual period unless the subscription is canceled before the renewal date. Users are responsible for ensuring that their payment information is accurate and up to date. If a payment fails, access to Blitz AI may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.

3. **Top-Up Purchases**: Users may purchase additional Energy as a **Top-Up** at any time. Top-Up purchases are one-time transactions and do not affect the billing cycle of the subscription plan. Top-Up charges are billed immediately upon purchase and are **non-refundable**.

4. **No Refunds Policy**: **All payments made to Blitz AI are final and non-refundable.** This includes but is not limited to subscription fees, Top-Up purchases, and any other charges incurred while using the Application. Unused Energy, including Energy lost due to the **No Rollover Policy**, is not eligible for a refund or any form of compensation. Blitz AI does not provide refunds, credits, or prorated billing for partial subscription periods, unused Energy, or canceled subscriptions. By subscribing to a plan or purchasing a Top-Up, the User acknowledges and agrees to the **No Refunds Policy**.

5. **Price Changes and Modifications**: **Yasin Wobiadullah** reserves the right to change the prices of subscription plans, Top-Ups, or any other charges associated with Blitz AI at his sole discretion. Any price changes will be communicated to Users in advance via the Application or email. Continued use of Blitz AI after such modifications shall constitute acceptance of the new pricing.

6. **Cancellation and Termination**: Users may cancel their subscription at any time through the account settings within the Application. Upon cancellation, access to the Service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, after which the subscription will not be renewed. No refunds or credits will be provided for canceled subscriptions, and any unused Energy at the time of cancellation will be forfeited. **Yasin Wobiadullah** reserves the right to terminate or suspend a User's access to Blitz AI for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or any other reason at his sole discretion.

6.1 Account Security and Responsibility

• Users are required to create an account to access and use Blitz AI. The subscription plan (Weekly or Annual) will be linked to the authenticated user account, and Users must be logged into their account to use the service.
• It is the User's responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials, including username and password.
• Users are fully responsible for all activities conducted through their account. In the event of unauthorized access or security breaches, Users must promptly notify Yasin Wobiadullah.
• Blitz AI is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the User's failure to safeguard account credentials.

6.2 Authorized Use

• Blitz AI is intended for personal, non-commercial use unless expressly authorized by Yasin Wobiadullah.
• Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Application.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

• Sharing their account or granting access to third parties.
• Engaging in any activity that violates applicable laws, regulations, or the rights of others.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code of Blitz AI.
• Circumventing or bypassing any security measures implemented within the Application.
• Using automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with Blitz AI or artificially generate content.
• Misusing Generations, including creating illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content.

6.4 Content Restrictions

• Users shall not use Blitz AI to create, upload, or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or violates intellectual property rights.
• Blitz AI reserves the right to remove or restrict access to any content that is deemed inappropriate, at its sole discretion.

6.5 Intellectual Property and Copyright Infringement

• Users shall respect the intellectual property rights of Blitz AI and third parties.
• Any unauthorized use of copyrighted material is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.

6.6 Account Deletion and Re-subscription

• If a user chooses to delete their account, they forfeit all rights to the associated subscription and any remaining Energy balance.
• After account deletion, the user will not be able to link their subscription to a new account, even if they resubscribe to Blitz AI.
• Yasin Wobiadullah reserves the right to refuse reactivation or the linking of any subscription to a new account after account deletion.

6.7 Consequences of Violation

• Violations of these restrictions may result in the immediate suspension or termination of the User's account without notice or refund.
• Yasin Wobiadullah reserves the right to pursue legal action and seek damages for any unauthorized use or violation of these Terms.

1. **Ownership of Blitz AI**: Blitz AI, including but not limited to its design, features, functionality, source code, algorithms, trademarks, logos, and all related intellectual property, is the sole property of **Yasin Wobiadullah**. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use Blitz AI strictly in accordance with these Terms. This license does not grant Users any rights to modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, or exploit any part of Blitz AI without express written permission from **Yasin Wobiadullah**.

2. **User-Generated Content**: Users retain ownership of the videos, images, and other content generated using Blitz AI ("User-Generated Content"), subject to the rights granted to **Yasin Wobiadullah** as outlined below. By using Blitz AI to create content, Users grant **Yasin Wobiadullah** a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, store, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute User-Generated Content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the Application. **Yasin Wobiadullah** will not use User-Generated Content for commercial purposes without obtaining additional consent from the User.

3. **Third-Party Content and Intellectual Property**: Blitz AI may include or integrate third-party software, tools, or content that is subject to third-party licenses. Users agree to comply with all applicable third-party terms and conditions. Users acknowledge that any unauthorized use of third-party content may infringe on intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

4. **No Transfer of Ownership**: Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as transferring any intellectual property rights from **Yasin Wobiadullah** to the User. Users are expressly prohibited from claiming ownership, registration, or any proprietary interest in Blitz AI or any associated intellectual property.

5. **Copyright Infringement Policy**: Blitz AI respects the intellectual property rights of others. In the event of a copyright infringement claim, Users are encouraged to contact **Yasin Wobiadullah** with all relevant details. Upon receipt of a valid claim, Blitz AI will investigate and may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.

1. **Disclaimer of Warranties**: Blitz AI is provided on an **"as is"** and **"as available"** basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or availability. **Yasin Wobiadullah** does not guarantee that Blitz AI will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. No advice or information obtained by the User from Blitz AI shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.

2. **Limitation of Liability**: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, **Yasin Wobiadullah** shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• The User's use or inability to use Blitz AI.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of the User's data or content.
• Any third-party conduct or content on Blitz AI, including third-party links or integrations.
• Any errors, bugs, inaccuracies, or omissions in the Application.
• Any other matter related to the use of Blitz AI, even if **Yasin Wobiadullah** has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

3. **Indemnification**: Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless **Yasin Wobiadullah**, his affiliates, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

• The User's access to or use of Blitz AI.
• The User-Generated Content created, uploaded, or distributed using Blitz AI.
• The User's violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
• Any infringement of third-party intellectual property or other rights resulting from the User's actions.

4. **Limitation on Claims**: Any claim arising from the use of Blitz AI must be filed within one (1) year from the date on which the cause of action arose; otherwise, such claim is permanently barred.

5. **Jurisdictional Limitations**: Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, **Yasin Wobiadullah's** liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9.1 **Termination by User:**

• Users may cancel their subscription at any time through the app settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and users will retain access until then. No refunds are provided for the remaining period.

9.2 **Termination or Suspension by Blitz:**

• Blitz reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account if they: Violate these Terms of Service or any applicable laws. Engage in unauthorized or fraudulent use of the app or Energy. Share or misuse account access.

9.3 **Effect of Termination:**

• Upon termination, the user's account will be deactivated, and any remaining Energy will be forfeited. Blitz may retain certain user information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

9.4 **Service Discontinuation:**

• Blitz may discontinue its services or specific features at its discretion. In such cases, users with active subscriptions may receive prorated refunds if applicable.

10.1 **Disclaimer of Warranties:**

• Blitz is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the app's performance, reliability, or suitability for specific purposes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the app, or that generated content will meet users' expectations.

10.2 **Limitation of Liability:**

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blitz and its affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: Use or inability to use the app. Loss of Energy or generated content. Unauthorized access to or alteration of user data. Any other matter related to the app.

10.3 **Maximum Liability:**

• Our total liability for any claims relating to the use of Blitz will not exceed the total subscription fees paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10.4 **Third-Party Services:**

• Blitz may integrate with third-party services, but we are not responsible for their performance or any issues arising from their use.

11.1 **Governing Law:**

• These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].

11.2 **Informal Dispute Resolution:**

• Before pursuing formal legal action, users agree to contact Blitz support to attempt to resolve any disputes through good-faith negotiations.

11.3 **Binding Arbitration:**
